I placed an order and realized I needed to change the shipping address, so I emailed customer service twice and even filled out the contact form. I figured someone would get back to me quickly, but nope.

It’s been over a week now, and all I’ve gotten are automatic emails. There’s literally been no response from an actual person, which is super frustrating when it’s something time-sensitive.

I get that places can be busy, but customer service feels basically nonexistent. I wouldn’t order from them again unless they start actually replying to people

The whole thing just felt kind of sketchy to me. I don’t think I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I’m really grateful I found this. It feels solid, looks nice, and seems well made overall. Definitely happy with it so far.

I grabbed these because I wanted to add a little farmhouse charm to my space, and they really do look cute once set up. They have that simple, cozy look I was going for. I do think they’re a bit on the pricey side for what they are, but overall I’m happy with how they look

Just a warning if you’re thinking about ordering: the sizing was off for me. I got my usual size, but it ended up fitting way tighter than I expected. I checked the size chart too, and it didn’t help much. The style is cute, but the fit wasn’t accurate, so I probably won’t risk ordering clothes from here again
